Later, Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, chaired the 4th meeting of the Executive Committee for the Resolution of Foreign Products and Businesses that Violate the Law, along with representatives of relevant agencies, to follow up on the resolution of the nominee problem.
Mr Pichai said the working group had investigated two Chinese companies involved in the construction of the Office of the Auditor General building, namely China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) and Xin Ke Yuan Steel, to see whether the two legal entities had acted in accordance with the law.
